I think all of the controversey has put a bad name on us all. I have friends that dont want to come over to my apartment because they think the whole place has rats.I think we all know that maybe one or two apartments had rats, but not all of us. I'd be mad if they were in my house too but it sounds like the office has tried to correct the issues. I agree about the kids playing in hallways and around are vehicles. It makes you wonder what the hell are the parents doing...

Children need to play outside and have some fresh air. They have a right to exist and to live in the community. Unfortunately I cannot afford to live in a subdivision with a private back yard so you don't have to see my kids. I'm sick of these non-parents who think children should be kept indoors at all times so other residents don't have to see or hear them.

I agree with Chip. I'm not a parent at all, and new to the apartment, but seeing kids running around and playing is a good thing if you ask me. At least you know it's not so unsafe that children aren't allowed outside.
