I am a current resident and I must say that this complex is not as bad as some are saying. There are some residents that lives here that has nothing better to do but to stir things up. I have been living here for over 4 years and I have seen a lot of changes and it's for the better.
For those of you looking for a good place to live, don't believe everything you see or hear. There's this webpage supposably set up for "the resident". I was appalled to see all the things that was said on there. I spoke to some of my neighbor to find out more about the issues on the property and to my surprise they said to me "don't believe everything" because they have gone in there and posted some feedback that was not "to their standard" it was not bashing the community. Infact, they had said good things about their home. And to their surprise, it was and is not posted on this webpage.
It is true because I went on there and posted some feedbacks two weeks ago and it is still not there.
This is what I said.
"I'm glad that you have provided a website where the residents can be heard. Although, I've have talked to several of my neighbors that has posted some comments on this web page, but to no surprise...What do you know it's not on here'' And the reason is because they actually have something nice to say about their community. Why has a web page set up "so we can be heardā and the only voice that is being heard is that of this miserable person who started all of this''''
Apparently, he has nothing else better to do with his time. Dude, if you are so unhappy, then MOVE!! You have created such a bad name for us all, because if it's all true, then I don't think we would have any neighbors.
Sure, I know that we had rats, but come on look around, a lot has change. The new management is cleaning up the property and making it better for us all. I was upset when I found out they went up on my rent. My rent was dirt cheap and I've been here for 4 years now and was furious that it went up $75.
After a few weeks of trying to find another place to live, I've realized that the people that we have living here now are much better than the last. I guess then, because the rent was soo cheap anybody could live here.
So, my thing is, give the new management some credit and quit making things bigger than it is. Yeah, we had a rat, thatās in the past. We need to move on and maybe help them out, since we do live here.
And because I know that my comments will not be seen on this so call " residentās page" I have saved it so that I can be heard on a true "residentās page" on apartmentratings.com. I know there, EVERYONE can be heard other than those that is and will never be happy."
This is yet to be posted on this website. Apparently, if you put anything negative on there, it will appear, but if you have anything nice to say, it's not going to be. So, my advice is " don't believe everything you hear".

It's so obvious that you work for this company. There are several positive postings on this site and all of them say "and I must say" at the beginning. Obvious the same person is writing the postive reviews. Current management should be fired for spending their time writing false reviews instead of being available for the residents and cleaning up the complex.
