I have been in Archstone/Centennial Ridge for 2 years now and have been content with the property througout my stay. I have never had a major problem with the leasing office. I one experience where a male agent was condescending toward me, and told him I wasn't stupid and that i understood. Since then, no problems. I was pleasenatly surprised that my rent did not go up at all when I renewed, although there were issues with paperwork because they were slack. In the end I had to stay on top of them by calling everyday, and bust my a** just so they could make their end of quarter numbers.

The complex as a whole is pretty quiet. Watch out for the kids playing football in the parking lot when you come home from work. I live up towards the front, and i think those units are newer. I have never once seen a rat! I have lived in a complex with rat infestation, and i see no signs to indicate such accusations.

The Centennial folks are definitely making a great effort to spruce up the grounds. has any one seen what they have done with the gym' It's awesome now, compared to what it was.

For those of you that complain. Suck it up! You are a renter, you are entitled to adequate living quarters and polite leasing staff. If you are unhappy, raise bloody hell about it. Sitting around bitching about it is not going to get anythign accomplished.

What about the new gym? They keep bragging about how they've improved it so much, but every time I've been down there, not a single one of the machines was working. They also say they have a security guard but I have never seen it. Almost everyone in my building has had their cars (and sometimes their apartments) broken into. Plus last night there guys setting off fireworks and screaming their heads off right under my bedroom window for 3 hours. If there really were a security guard, they would have been stopped.
