This site is clearly a place for former residents to bash. If you pay on time and don't get the police called to your apt regularly then you wouldn't be bashing the management. Why would anyone believe most of this garbage' RATS... give me a break. I have been here since 2004 and have never seen a rat. I had ants once and the management sent the bug guy out the next day. The management is great, the grounds are nice and the community is safe.

For you people complaining about Centennial Ridge, I recommend Park Ridge (old Tahoe North) or Concept 21...

hello this guy who runs that website dont lie. this place does have rats i visited there with a freind and he had a rat in his kitchen sink when I helped him move in!

This person is a lier. This person must be working in the leasing office. The leasing people are terrible. No prefessionalism what so ever

THEY DID HAVE RATS. WHEN I MOVED IN THE OFFICE WAS VERY UNORGANIZED. THEY RENTED ME AN APARTMENT WHERE SOMEONE WAS STILL LIVING. I HAD TO CHAGE ALL MY UTILITIES...ANYWAY WHEN I WENT TO ASK THE GUY WHO LIVED IN "MY APARTMENT" TO WATCH FOR A PACKAGE...HE TOLD ME HE HAD A MOUSE/RAT PROBLEM. ONCE I MOVED IN I HAD RIOACHES EVERYWHERE...THEY SENT SOMEONE ONCE A WEEK AND EVENTUALLY THE ROACHES WERE GONE...BUT YUK! BUT I DONT THINK THEY HAVE ANYONE EVER COME TO CLEAN THE BREEZE WAYS... OTHER THAN THAT THE MANAGEMENT WAS PRETTY NICE ONCE THEY GOT RID OF THAT WOMAN WHO WORE ALL THAT MAKEUP.
