If you pay on time and don't get the police called to your apt regularly then you wouldn't be bashing the management. Why would anyone believe most of this garbage' RATS... give me a break. I have been here since 2004 and have never seen a rat. I had ants once and the management sent the bug guy out the next day. The management is great, the grounds are nice and the community is safe. For you people complaining about Centennial Ridge, I recommend Park Ridge (old Tahoe North) or Concept 21...
