Since they took over after Archstone this is by far the worst complex to EVER live in. They will never work with you on rates, and they have a lot of fees they charge. $100 for trash left outside, $300 pets... don't work with you when you're late.

I can't believe you said that they don't work with you when your late!!!! Why can't you pay your bills on time. I also happen to know that you get one late fee waived a year, so learn to manage your money and pay your bills. It is no one's fault but yours if you can't pay your rent. I have lived her for 2 years and think that things have gotten much better with the new management, b/c they have worked very hard on getting the kind of people that you don't want as neighbors, out of here.

There not suppose to help you out when your late!!! Your an idiot. Pay your rent on time it's not a favor to the rental office when you pay on time it's what your suppose to do.. IDIOT!!!

Before you call anyone an idiot, you should know that "you are" is "you're" not your. You should also know that there is a place, their refers to people. And one last word of advice it is "supposed" not "suppose." The good news is, you can spell idiot.
