Centennial Ridge Sucks!!!!!

The staff at Centennial Ridge will not help you(very rude). Every time I called them most time I got an answering machine. I would leave a message without a return phone call.
When the complex was Archstone of Roswell I had no problems. Good staff that tried to help you. After it was sold to Centennial Ridge it went down hill fast!!!!!!! Also, they say that there is a courtesy officer that lives at the complex. However, you never saw or heard from him/her. When it came time to renew my lease they tried to jump the rent up from 625.00 to over 920.00 for a 1 bedroom apartment. I WOULD NOT TELL ANYBODY TO LOOK AT CENTENNIAL RIDGE MUCH LESS LIVE THERE!!!!
