I have been leaving at Centennial Ridge Apts since 2005 and I am very satisfied with the management company, especially with the maintenance staff. All issues are solved on the same day, people are very nice. Recently I found a leak in the middle of the night, from the neighbors bathroom upstairs, and the maintenance person was at my apt in less than an hour solving the problem. Regarding the water being off I noticed the plumbing company by the building 17 digging something. They said that the main water pipe cracked and was leaking in different places. That's why they shut the water off at the whole property to fix the pipe. Overall, we are pleased with the staff and the property in general.
