I have lived at Centennial Ridge for over one year; it has been a pleasant experience. The grounds are beautiful, and well kept; my neighbors are friendly, and relatively quiet; and the office staff is responsive. Renovations, which include the addition of a security gate, are under way. It seems to me that many of the criticisms reported on this site are either greatly exaggerated, or outright false.

I just viewed this post and my guess is the poster is a staff member at Centennial Ridge. Archstone now Centennial Ridge has been on a downward spiral for years once the nicest apartment complex in Roswell now a slum ... with rude and self serving staff! At least the old Archstone staff were nice! If you ask my opinion don't move here ... you'll just be waiting to get out!!
