I lived in this same apt for four years and every year the rent jumps up. Why should the rent be so high for this apt with four year old carpet and four year old paint on the walls. The caulking around the bath tub and toilet is pealing and brown. When I first moved in my rent was 510.00 for a one bedroom and one bath. Now after four years it is up to 755.00. I asked to get transfered and they said I had to pay a transfer fee and another deposit. I am not a happy camper at Centennial Ridge. If you walk on the grass you step in dog ----. The apt front doors are different colors. Cause they only paint the doors when people move out. So you will see black and dark green doors. If you see black doors you know that they are new attendants.
