I am moving out of Centennial Ridge this month. I haven't had that bad of an experience here. I never had problems with roaches, bugs, or rats. It is a fairly quite place to live, other than the kids that play in the parking lot. The 2 major problems I had with the place is that it can get a little ghetto at night and the pools don't really stay clean. Other than that, it isn't too bad.
