I have been here almost a year and my lease is ending so I am moving, but only because of rent increase in a bad economy and I prefer a different area of town. Overall, it has been just fine for us living here. It is spacious and nicely renovated. The closets are huge and the staff seems pretty fair (could be worse). They are strict on their policies though. And there are some roaches that don't seem to ever go away. It is a great community for children though. Overall, I feel safe (other than a break-in back when I first arrived), and I feel like it has been a decent place to live.
