Lived here for a year. Don't be fooled by the beautiful grounds and pool areas. Management is a joke. Had problems with roaches never came out to spray no matter how much we called. The worst thing is we were charged in insane amount of money for regular wear and tear. The people who still live there and recommend are probably in the renivated section but will change their tunes when the get that ridiculous bill. Also, a few members of the staff regularly are high and riding around the grass on the golf carts while they try to sell some weed to tenants.

I lived here for a year myself and agree with this review. After we had left, we had a HUGE bill for the apartment wear and tear. The office workers were very unhelpful. The bugs weren't a big problem for me, but i had heard other horror stories from other tenets.
