Time to Move!

Seriously, when I moved in here a few years ago, it was nice and quiet with low tenant turnover. Now it mimics the inner city with the drug activity in the parking lot, especially at night.
Parking is a nightmare where I have to park away from my own breezeway from the amount of folks who "spend the night" but are not on the lease. Just how long is a guest a houseguest before it becomes a living in situation'
It has been about 6 months since I could park near my own breezeway. Now management is doing a unit to unit inspection "to weed out people'''"
Sorry its too little too late. Thank you for jacking up my rent on my last renewal, while renting a walk in unit across the hall from me for 210.00 less than my rent. If that is how you treat current tenants, future renter beware.
Maintenance is a joke, after being told that I can remove parts from my own fridge to clean out the defrosting unit (after all Ma'am it is only 4 screws). They show up do the bare minimum by gracing the tenant with their presence, change the work order to "in progress", and then never show up to complete the work. You have to call the office and pray they send someone while you are home.
When they repainted the exterior of the property, their contractors that they hired used gym socks instead of paint rollers, nothing screams low budget like this.
On the plus side, the units are spacious with closet space. The property is older, it needs more TLC than painting the building with a gym sock, or buying exercise equipment and having it overrun by kids.

We live here and apartments are getting robbed all the time. They put a note on our door about it. That's great. We were out of town and that note left there just proved we were not home. Good way to get hit. We have 4 new people working here already. One guy said he had DUIs and could only get a job here...great! The girl below us has 4 dogs that bark ALL the time. They let you know there's going to be an inspection and the renters make sure they pass. I saw someone grilling over the weekend on their deck. Have you seen how many decks have grills on them!? and junk.. And you're going to tell me they are not going to use them...it is a felony. Management doesn't see or care OR live here. If they think you have money, they will raise your rent when you renew. If they know you do not, they give you a discount. illegal! everyone pays a different rate
