Coming from LA and paying $2K a month for an 850 sq ft two bedroom apartment, I was VERY happy to move into Chattahoochee Landing! That was until I actually had to live there! Where do I start' 1) They painted over hair on the counters, painted over vents and wallpaper from previous tenant. 2) I have had a leak in my ceiling coming from the upstairs bathroom the entire duration of my stay which is almost one year. If I can get them to come they say they don't see the leak (by the time they come it's dry). Then they said it was from my bathroom, but it's from my son's. I've just given up! 3) I've been charged up to $160 a month for water - mind you there are only two people living in my apartment and my neighbor was paying $40 a month with just SEVEN PEOPLE LIVING THERE! 4) The bedroom and bathroom doors don't shut correctly. 5) The windows allow cold air in and hot air out - don't even want to look at my electricity bill!
I COULD GO ON AND ON! Trust me!
I can't wait to get out!!!! I'll pay more money any day!! P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
