Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
Jan is the manager that just wants every apartment rented and does not enforce the lease they have you sign. After you move in, put all your junk on the deck, let your friends and co-workers move in, let your dog crap anywhere, light up your grill, cyphon your neighbor's gas, and hang out at the pool at 2am to get drugs. Home Sweet Home..not for the manager. She doesn't live on the high crime property!
