Been there 3 long years lease is up in September & I'm gone.

We lived in a 2 bedroom & moved to a three bedroom in the front after our apt got broken into.

We signed a new lease b/c of a new apt.

We overlooked it b/c we didn't have the money to move & pay all the deposit & app fees.

We were going to terminate our lease last year but we couldn't w/o penelties due to their 60 day notice.

They didn't return phone calls & always told us to come back when the manager was in, he never is.

Pus managers are always changing.

The water bill is outrageous & I don't even have a washer & dryer in my apt.

They won't do anything about it.

It's very noisy.

There was a triple murder couple of months ago, a drug deal gone bad.

They send a notice 2 weeks later.

Kids everywhere, no parking.

Maintence it's ok but they have selective repairs, meaning if it's not something easy, it will take numerous calls.

We had mold growing in our bathroom & nothing was done until we called the health dept.

The manager's are rip off artists, they take advantage of illegal aliens charging them more it they only have a tax ID & not a SSN.

No problem b/c it's enough of them in an apartment to only pay $125/mnth for rent after they divide it up.

Also all the thug element from Tahoe North started moving in.

The police are always there.

Loud music, all the time.

Managers never stay long, solitors galore.

I had a royal prestige rep come knock on my door at 9:30 pm one night.

Don't do it.
