I guess the property has changed names' This address comes up as The Crossings at Wood Bridge. I'm considering moving in but don't know anyone who knows anything about the property. Is there a current resident out there who might like to share what it's like to actually live there'

I have been living in this apartment complex for over two years. There were some problems when I first moved in, but then Gables sold the property to Madison and the new property manager let the residents know that some of their actions and behavior were unacceptable and would not be tolerated. She sent out a few letters reminding people about rules regarding trash, satellite dishes, and the pool. There is a officer who lives on the property now and if you have any problems with your neighborhoods (noise or whatever) you can call him. I had a problem with people making noise in the pool after hours and he came out and told them to leave. The Roswell police are also quick to repond if you have a serios problem. Overall, I feel pretty safe. It is a VERY diverse community (asian, hispanic, -------, white, black and others). I haven't had any major problems since Gables sold the property.
