Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
 
Police are here a lot. I witnessed an attempted robbery. This was a nice community 2 years ago when I moved in but not anymore. The mgt company could care less about occupancy laws as five people can live in a two bdr apt and mgt is aware. Robbery, theft, vandalism and threatening neighbors are the norm now.
