I've lived here since february of this year, and I've only had minor issues. the price is good ($634 for my one bedroom) and I haven't ever felt threatened as a single 19 year old white woman, except once when a drunk mexican offered me cocaine at 2 in the afternoon. it just happens. the staff are very nice, but i've got an awful water leak above my shower and I've requested 3 times that it be fixed. it was looked at once, but that's it. There isn't a bug infestation as someone else put it, there are bugs, but there are trees and nature surrounding the apartment community. HOWEVER they are right about the hours of notice before the exterminator comes in. I found out at 8 o'clock that my home would be fumigated 15 hours later. As far as the noise, I guess it depends on which building you live in. I've got more of a problem with the children running around upstairs than I do with my downstairs neighbors making my apartment reek of marijuana when I leave my patio door open. This place definitely could improve, but it's by no means "dangerous" and it's not a complete dump at all. Management is very polite and they know my name. the problem mostly is the tenants, and just because a community is mostly populated by --------- does not mean it's a total barrio.

I have lived here a little longer than Feburary of this year and I am not sure we live in the same complex...it is not so bad??? - so having someone approach you about cocaine is not bad? did you not hear the two separate incidents of gunshots this past weekend? - were you not aware of the cop activity in the main driveway two days ago?...if you read the local Alpharetta and Roswell newspapers you will know what the crime rate is in this complex and the surrounding ones...be careful - all that glitters is not gold - but then again, I am not 19.

that must be the other side of the complex. I didn't hear of the gunshots. Admittedly, my standards are a little lower because I am 19 and a very broke college student. When you compare it to the safety of surrounding apartment complexes, this one is the best in my opinion. I almost leased at Riverwood across the street, and also Concepts 21 next door. Those ARE dumps. Like I said this place could improve, but living this cheap in north Fulton county, you have to expect some issues
