Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2000
I lived here in the year 2000. Not a bad place. Maintenance was nice and always on top of things. The lay out of the apartments are really nice and they even have the big round tubs. Its clean and well kept. The security gates actually work and if they get broken, they are usually fixed by the very next day. Its really quiet and I felt safe there. The front staff was kinda mean, but I guess thats the way you have to be if you want to things to run the way they are suppose to. The only thing was when we moved out; we got a bill for over $1000! They said that we did this much in apartment damages. All we did was bend a few mini blinds and leave a few carpet stains! There was a small burn on the counter top in the kitchen. They said they would have to replace the whole thing instead of just spot treating and that alone cost over $600! They so are such PreMaddona's! 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
