You'd do better to live in a cardboard box than to live in this dive. I drove by today and noticed they are offering FREE RENT!! in big, bold letters. What does that mean' No one wants to rent there!! You don't see this problem with some of the better quality apartments in the area, only the likes of Governors Point and Tahoe North (both recently renamed because of the horrible reputation they have) resort to giving away rental time to entice rentors. I lived there for about a year and it was pretty pathetic- the other posts regarding trash piling up, gates not working and unsafe conditions are true. This used to be a nice complex but now it needs to be carpet bombed just like most of the surrounding neighborhood. The management team has changed faces many times, but the quality has just fluctuated between bad and worse. Take my advice and deal with the extra 3-4 miles of GA 400 and live north of here. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dump.
