As you move in and get aquainted, be sure to take the time to get to know your new neighbors. You might be lucky enough to live next to one of the many dshady residents who offer a variety of "recreational activities" for you to enjoy! And don't forget about the many solicitations you will find littering your door. Ghetto Oaks is a solicitation friendly community! You won't be here long before you will know most of the Roswell police officers by name, because here at Grande Oaks, we love having the police visit our community and the houses nearby. But our list of amenities don't end there- if it is entertainment you want, you have found the right place! Many times you will hear loud hispanic music from the houses surrounding our community, which is just the thing to help sooth you to sleep at night. And you won't have to worry about the pesky office staff bothering you with repairs or customer service. Ghetto Oaks is a shut up and pay your rent community! As for our security gates, they are just for show, so no use complaining when they are broken- and they usually are! All in all, aren't you glad you chose Ghetto Oaks'
