A recent shooting only a couple of miles from the complex caused me to re-evaluate living in Grande Oaks. The staff does nothing about the loud music playing all the time, takes weeks to deal with maintenance issues like the front gates/trash/etc. Neither does the staff return phone calls nor take care of maintenance issues and other requests until the 4th or 5th time we called. This place is a dump, I'd recommend looking north a couple of exits. A few more minutes driving on 400 is worth it...
