The apartment complex is relatively new and well kept, the apartment was spotless when I moved in (except for carpet) - a real plus! The staff is personable, especially the grounds keepers and repair staff. Only two problems encountered so far - one was resolved early on, one is still ongoing.
I felt the carpet was too stained/matted/dingy when I first moved in (previous resident had been there about 2 yrs or so). I complained and met with resistance on getting new carpet, until I volunteered to wait for a more suitable apartment to become open. In the end the carpet was changed out on the condition that I pay for the cleaning of the original carpet that was done before I complained. I was fine with that.
The other problem is the ridiculously low water pressure in my apartment. None of my neighbors or my co-worker who lives in a different building have issues with their water. The staff have discounted it, saying that water is already set to maximum - so there is nothing to do but live with it.
I definitely do not recommend the complex to others.
