Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
I was treated so poorly by the office staff upon my arrival that I didn't waste my time looking at an apartment. I entered the rental office with my 18 month old son and 6 year old niece and we were not even acknowledged by the one office staff sitting at her desk. She was engaged in a non-business related conversation with what appeared to be a maintenance person who was also sitting at a desk. After approximately 30 seconds of standing directly in front of whom I later found out was April and being completely ignored, my niece asked me "why don't they want to help us'". That's when I decided to leave.I asked her supervisors' name and she smirked and gave me a first name only. I thanked her and left. I didn't even bother asking her name for fear of getting a fake one. I called the rental office from my car and she answered the phone, that's how I got her name. Don't even waste the gas to go check this place out!
