I have lived at Grande Oaks for almost 7 years now. I feel that the property has gotten better in the past 4 years. They have great maintenance staff (Ihor) and the office staff is good too (april, monica and lauren). Very nice and professional. I find that some of the previous reviews obiously just are not familiar to the south and dont realize that what "roaches" they have are actually water bugs and you cant get rid of them. They are everywhere in Georgia.
So, if you have a fear of bugs, good luck finding a completely bug free house, apartment etc. It doesnt exist. The area is the best part. I am located about 2 miles to all the shopping and less than 1/2 mile to 400 and Kroger. I like it here and would recommend it to anyone who asks.
