HORRIBLE STAFF! RACIST, SNOOTY, LAZY, FAKE. Pet deposit-300 DOLLARS.TERMITES, SPIDERS, ROACHES, MOLD. Maintenace was ehhh, nice newsletters, good location however. Yes, I agree with you 100%. The mold and staff was the WORST. Also the gate. I lived there from 2001 to 2003.
