I just moved here and so far I'm impressed. The grounds are always clean, the apartments are well-maintained, and the service is good. The maintenance issues I've had have been taken care of promptly. The only drawback is the size of the apartments. They're a little smaller than I'm used to, but that's the only negative aspect I can think of right now.
