This place is a ripoff! ...when you move out, they will find a way to charge you an extra month and keep your deposit, no matter how clean you leave the apartment, they will charge you a $150.00 month to month fee because your lease is up, so make sure you give a 60 day notice which is unnecessary. The "LAW" requires 30 days! If you give a 59 day notice to move out they will still make you pay an extra month's rent and a $150.00 fee because you are now past your original lease. Office people are professional rip off artists, arrogant and petty! Trust me, there are other places that will treat you like a human being and not try and steal your money because you are moving. Plus, dog ---- all over the grass and grounds, you move here, you better buy a dog ---- alarm. So don't let your kids play outside unless you want dog ---- all over your carpet! I couldn't wait to get hell out of here!
