Well, this place has it's good parts and it's bad parts. The cranky old woman in the leasing office kept telling me (practically yelling, I don't think she knows how loud she is) that "THIS IS A COMMUNITY, NOT AN APARTMENT COMPLEX." She kept telling me I wasn't allowed to run my garbage disposal or do laundry after 9pm because it violated the noise policy. I had some friends over on the weekend once and someone called the rent-a-cop on me. Seriously, they sent me a note saying I would be charged a fee the next time it happened because it violates "community rules" to have your neighbors complain about your noise level. However, I don't see them fining my neighbors who have the tackiest flower/statue display in the breezeway. The cranky lady in the office even mentioned they were breaking the rules but six months later, the ugly dog statue is still there. Completely unprofessional and obviously playing favorites. One of the girls in the office wears heels so high she looks likes a transvestite, so check that out for a laugh.
