I'm not sure why everyone is complaining about this apartment complex. My husband and I lived there for over a year and had an excellent experience. We had a bottom floor apartment, so there was some noise from above and the neighbors, but that's what happens in any apartment. The office staff was always responsive and friendly. Maintenance requests were handled quickly and professionally. I appreciate that fact that they give violations to residents who are too noisy or who violate the rules--it makes the living situation great. We never had a problem in the 15 months we lived there. When we moved out, we cleaned up after ourselves and received no fines or penalties at all. I'd definitely recommend this complex to anyone.
