This is the best kept secret in Roswell! Always clean, always quiet, and the maintenence team is fast with everything that I have asked them to do. The office staff is freindly and profesional. Lots of parking, the gate always works and I always feel safe. My leasing agent, Alan, made my move hassel free, Monica the assistant has always been helpful; and Robin the Manager is a real pro. Tack a look at this place, but only if you have high standards and expectations.

Sounds like a inside sale to me. From the names of the "wonderful"staff. There is no way the office staff can fool the majority of the people that lived there by putting this comment on here. People don't be fooled by this comment from the office staff!!! Stop by around 4-5 pm and ask tenants coming home what they really think about Grande Oaks before you sign any lease! Be smart!

Renter beware...all 5's for ratings and you seem to know the names and job descriptions of everyone there. Maybe others are duped by the staff trying to prop up their rep with fake reviews on here, but I am not buying it. Neither should you. I've been free of that dump for nearly 5 years now and wouldn't consider ever going back!

geez, paranoid replys... Lived there for a year, had a garage, went to the office a few times for packages and questions..even complaints and honestly the folks were pretty responsive. Easily one of the best bets in that area. I lived the for the year of 2004.
