While moving in: You get good reception
While resident: Courteous, ample parking, maintenance ok, relatively clean, good location, a little pricey
Renewal: They always try to increase the rent :)
While moving out: Management will no longer be courteous
Best Strategy: In case you get a real good deal while moving in, then lock-in the rate for a 12-month period and be ready to move out after that is over.
