Roaches own their own apartments here...a family of about a million of them inhabited the one bedroom apartment below mine along with 4 illegal immigrants...where they ran a daycare and laundromat it seemed. My apartment was supposedly sprayed twice in one month (I was only there for 2 months in all), but it was so infested because of the person that lived there before me and the tons of unsanitary people living around me that it did no good. Also, when I moved in it looked like a toddler had done the repairs on the apartment. A big portion of the parking lot is used for old run down cars that tenants work on most Sundays. It was horrific and if I would have been paying a much lower amount I could have expected that, but my rent was $750 a month for a one bedroom that was disgusting. A more appropriate price may have been $250 per month, if that. They ended up letting me out of my lease after complaining almost every day for 2 months. To be blunt about it...don't move here unless you are an illegal immigrant.

Wow, I thought this was apartment ratings not racist rantings. I wonder how exactly you verified that the people you are talking about were "illegal." Oh that's right, since you obviously never had a conversation with them you were just assuming. Because if they have a large family and are Hispanic they must be illegal. You're ridiculous. People like you are the reason we have the immigration problems and hate mongering that we have today in this country.

Most immigrants are illegal and it doesn't help that management allows them to rent with a taxpayer ID instead of a social security number. They don't have to go through the credit and background checks I did. I'm sick of the double standard.

Where did you get the statistics "that most immigrants are illegal", your KKK manual? Or did you actually do the proper research?

There are a lot of illegal resident here. A friend of my who works for immigrantions came to the complex and every hispanic person went running screaming immigrantion. I live in a two bed room. When my freind lost there job and stayed with me for two weeks they fined me saying some one could not stay with you for that long a period of time if they are not on the lease. Above me and below me there are two bed rooms appartments. The rule is two bodies per bed room. I know for a fact that there are eleven people staying there. Management was going to kick me out. This was eight months ago. There still there. What gives? I do care were your from. Just want to be shown the same treatment. No matter you background.
