roaches and rats

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
the place is too old,there's too many pests roaches and rats the walls are too old the windows feel unsafe, at night you have to worry about someone breaking in. worst of all the water bill is too high. also gunshots, car alrams, and loud music (because the walls are so thin). i could go on but i have more important things to do like killing more rats and roaches.
