Kings Bridge isn't the newest, isn't the cleanest, and isn't the best complex I've lived in. But it is one of the most affordable. Are there roaches' Yes, but generally only if you have really poor cleanliness habits. If your neighbors are slobs, you will still see the occasional roach. The buildings in the complex are old - built sometime around the '70s from what I've heard. They have the typical 8 zillion coats of paint on everything, from wall outlets and switches to the closet doors. Some doors are hard to close, others barely close at all. But overall, it's not bad.

I have heard gunshots on occasion, and even witnessed a hispanic fellow touching off a few rounds from a pistol while driving down the road to the complex in his pick-up. Honestly, the constant noise from GA-400 is more threatening, and a big rig with a loud jake brake is much louder and more disconcerting. I've never had any of my cars damaged while parked in the lot, and parking has only been at a premium for one month out of the nearly 2 dozen that we've been in the complex. Roswell PD makes occasional trips into the complex, and everything is generally very quiet.

The office staff are nothing short of superb, the maintenance crews are fast to repair or replace broken appliances. The grounds are kept fairly clean, and the owners of the complex are sprucing the place up a good bit.

As in all things, it's a trade-off. I like the complex now, but had my reservations about moving here. It really is a nice community here, people are very friendly, but sometimes you have to look past the smudge on it's face.
