Yes, right... they are cheating on the water bills! They said they pay for the heating gas. That's a total lie! They charge us for hot water only but the water bill is going to be more than 3 times of the gallons we have used. Why did they do that that' One of the possibility is because they want to share the burden of paying the high cost of the heating gas. That way, they can advertise the cheap price of the rent.
Another thing is, this is not a safe place for our cars. Somebody (or a group of people) likes to scratch, do graffiti, throw eggs and other things on the cars.
