I moved here for the northeast, when came to see the apartment I was shown very nice "model" apartment. When I arrived it was a nightmare. My apartment was infested with roaches, I refused to enter the apartment until they did something, they bombed twice using 12 bombs, after they bombed I cleaned up hundreds of dead roaches, and even more shocking I still found living roaches. I made them replace the appliances as the roaches had infested all of them. I too had issues with a leaking back door and water seaping up throught the foundation, the duct work has never been cleaned and when I had a freind check them out I was told there is 30 yrs of buildup in them, no wonder the heating/cooling systems dont work properly.

The management was useless, I have been given every excuse in the book as to why things are not done. Kathy and Gary are useless, lazy, and I think they both must be senile as they never seem to remember requests for repairs. I have learned to put requests in writing or it will not get done. And lets not forget the recent issues with the water bills yet another cluster fuk

I would advise anyone to stay away, they will screw you over again and again
