Roaches, Roaches and more Roaches. Leaks, filth, clogged drains, mold, overall a nasty place. I lived in the townhouse for sevaral years which was not too bad, however, the apartments were something terrible. Plus they stole my deposit when I switched because I was a day late turning in the key so they charged me an additional months rent.

This is not true, you are only charged for the days you keep the keys after you have given a move out date, and if you you break your lease your deposit id forfieted.
