This place is out of control. There are kids running around totally unsupervised spraying graffiti with the worst mouths you ever heard from a 10 year old, a woman that roams the area smoking crack behind apartment buildings daily, And the worst trash policy I have ever seen.
There is trash sitting around for days around the entrance to our apartment because the maintenance men do nothing but ride around on a golf cart.
My wife had to actually kick one out of our apartment because he was dropping little hints and trying to hit on her and wanted to stick around after his work was done.
You will get many different species of bugs in the summer and poor insulation in the winter.
The walls in this complex have to be noninsulated with just sheetrock separating rentals. You will hear everything next door and god help you if you are on a bottom floor. I could write an essay about this place.
I am counting the days until my lease is up. I suggest you look elsewhere.

All in all, I can see some of this review being true. Perhaps things have changed from when I was there about a year and a half ago, the place was very clean. The loose trash was cleaned at the end of the day each day at the dump. Only stuff that made it look shotty were the dumped appliances and furniture (which wasn't a regular thing). There were lots of kids - I never noticed anything out of the ordinary. Hell, when I was 10, I was dropping F bombs. I remember it seeming like a cool thing to do when I was a kid... I bet that still goes on.) The roaches were hard to deal with, that is very true. Open the microwave, roach... brush your teeth in the morning, roach... that was a culture shock for me. When I complained, they did have their exterminator come by... and it would just manage the problem, however it never went away.

A new management company took over this place in December! They have been steadily improving things around the property. There are all new faces in the office and they actually know what they are doing! Anything I have needed to get done I am able to get done. Any of the staff members and their boss make themselves readily available to me. I discussed the bug issue with them and if you cared enough to call them you would also learn they have fired the company that is here now and a new company starts in February! The maintenance team do drive cars and a golf cart, because this place is HUGE! Would you want to walk about this place carrying your tools or parts or some of the other stuff I have seen them have? I mean give them a break! The only trash I have ever seen is first thing in the morning before the new groundskeeper gets here! Then in the morning I see him walking around with his bag and trash pickup stick. In the afternoons I have seen maintenance stop to pick up ALL the trash everyone leaves all over the mailboxes. Come on people we live here! How many of you complain about trash are the ones that won't take it inside to throw it away! We live here. I see the office people putting out the balloons every morning to welcome everyone to the community. I had a problem with cold air coming in around my door and I had the maintenance guy install weatherstripping and boy did it help. Unfortunately Kids will be kids and it is not the job of the staff to raise the kids or keep them under control that is the job of the parents! If kids are throwing rocks or vandalizing things I have personally seen one of the ladies from the office going over to talk to them. Your review appears to be you don't like someone and have nothing to do with the over all apartment community.

Actually this is nothing personal at all. It is just a small list of my observations from one year of living here. I have lived in many apartments over the years so I have come to expect certain things from the staff and in my opinion Kingsbridge is sub par. You can say whatever you like about the maintenance at Kingsbridge the fact remains and this is just one issue, the third time my apartments hallway was flooded do to upstairs plumbing it took them 3 days to address, repair and clean up yet every day we would go the pool there would be on average 2 workers there just sitting around talking for long periods of time. About a month ago everyone???s trash on the curb didn???t get picked up for 2 days; luckily it wasn???t 90 degrees outside so the smell was only minimal. The place would be much cleaner if they would just tell the tenants to put their trash in the dumpster instead of leaving it out. That policy would also free up maintenance workers for other tasks. Since there is new management does that mean the old management wasn???t so great and possibly substantiates my statements? The complex itself is still owned by the same realty company so I think it???s safe to assume they were displeased for some reason. Nevertheless new management is welcome and I sincerely hope things improve. My review on Kingsbridge is of what I have seen with the old management, should the new management come in straighten the place out I will delete my current review and write and updated one.
