I have never rented from this property, but I spoke to a couple of representatives several times telling them about my situation. I was assured that I would be approved, just send in a $50 application fee and a $300 deposit and I could get an apartment, NOT!!! I wasnt approved and lost my $50 and they took their precious time sending back my $300 deposit. Very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyway unless you have money to burn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Probaly the reason this person did not get approved was due to credit or residential history, because we qualify everyove the same, we also tell everyone that if you are not approved your app fee of $50.00 is not refundable but your deposit is.

Sounds like someone from the rental office. Most rental properties are now crooks themselves. Once upon a time, you could apply for an apartment and didn't have to pay an application fee, and why do some charge as little as $25 and other alot more. Shouldn't there be some kind of set fee? If you ask me, more people need to start renting from private owners or look to buy their own home. These rental properties are so busy dening everyone, but losing money at the same time....dumb practices!!!!!!

Once again Stanton2007, you're right! The company is only bill $16.00 to process the credit report. The extra is just for the 5 min. of hard work to enter the info. It sounds like to office was hoping whatever your situation was wouldn't show up on your credit report yet but they shouldn't have promised it would be approved. NO ONE can promise that without pulling your credit. Please don't let any community fool you like that again. As for your deposit...they prob. posted the money to your account and had to wait for corp. to refund you the deposit. Next time ask for them to hold off on posting the deposit until you are approved and are sure you want the apartment. Even if you are approved and change your mind about the apartment you can get it back within 72 hours of you finding out you are approved. And if anyone doesn't honor that they also aren't honoring Georgia law!
