No, no, no! Go elsewhere. For your monies worth you can find a more habitable space to live in Roswell. We have been here coming on a year and are very disappointed. The management is incompetent as well as rude; especially the NEW property manager whom talks to his residents as if they were inferior and stupid. The complex is under new management and is no better or maybe even worse than the previous.

The units are very old and will cost you utility prices of a four bedroom HOUSE. The management will fix a small problem on the spot and use that as an excuse to not responding or fixing an immediate, large issue. If they do respond it will take a long time to fix. Forget about them promising to fix something big without having to call them five times. I could go on and on but if you haven't got my point by now and move into this place then I believe you have been conned into something you don't deserve for your money. If you do move in you will feel the regret within a few weeks.

This person is sooo right! I used to work there and I felt so bad for the residents. Management would tell us to pratically lie to them about why their water was so high. I still know people that live there and they are paying over $100.00 each month on water without explaination of the high bill. As for the new manager, I did meet him. He's ok, but he doesn't speak Spanish and in my opinion doesn't really care about what his spanish speaking residents have to say. Your best bet is to check out the other communities on Holcomb Bridge road. Kings Bridge is OVER PRICED, they do HAVE ROACHES, and MANAGEMENT WILL LIE TO RESIDENTS!
