I moved in at the end of Aug. Maintainence did a poor job! There was nastiness around the windows in every room. There were dead roaches in the washroom area, kitchen drawers and bathroom drawers. The floor foundation is of. It sinks in in certain areas. All they did was put carpet over it so you wouldn't see it. The patio door had a new lock but still did not work. They didn't even check to make sure it worked. They painted over everthing. (painted over wallpaper) So much has been painted over, when I tried to open my pantry it would not open. I had to pull so hard some of the paint came off the door. Some of my kitchen and bathroom doors were painted shut also. My dishwasher is broke! It does not clean the dishes. I explained to the maintenance man the problem and he said, "I don't know how clean, clean is supposed to be..." I am still waiting on a new dish washer. The bathroom had mold/ mildew behind and in the toilet. In the master bathroom the shower door is GONE!!! They are not replacing it. They told us to put a shower curtain up. Yet they failed to remove the metal rim where the door goes. There is also nastiness in there. Oh... and they charge you $23- $38 per person for a water bill. There are 2 adults and 2 toddlers and a newborn baby and I charge $114. But they are switching over the meters supposedly.
With all that being said, the people in the leasing office are nice. They try to work with you as far as getting the things taken care of in a timely manner. (it's just the maintenance) lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
