Not the worst place to live

Honestly, no matter where you go, apartment living will always consist of issues. It is just a fact of life. I have had my share of being rubbed the wrong way by the office staff. However, they always find a way to redeem themselves.
Yes, I have had neighbors leave trash outside their door in the hallway, neighbors dog poop on my doorstep, loud kids from a new neighbor, busted kitchen pipe and a nasty smelling refrigerator when I first moved in.
But I called the office each time and the neighbors got notice on the trash and poop that they would be fined the next time and it stopped. The loud kids from new neighbor will stop as I just complained today on that. Busted pipe got fixed at midnight (they were called at 11pm and promptly called me back to confirm problem and was at my doorstep shortly thereafter). The horrible fridge was replaced within a day with a brand new one. I complained about no security lighting on my side of the building and they had new lighting installed within 2 weeks as well.
Every once in a while the trash compactor is overflowing but hey not everybody cleans the same way.
Point is, this isnt a bad place. Not great but certainly not the worst.
Remember talking sweetly to someone will get you a whole lot further than being nasty. I have been here for 12 months now.
