I HAVE RENTED HERE AND THIS PLACE IS THE WORSE. ROACHES, ROACHES,AND MORE ROACHES!! HEATERS GOING OUT...MAINTENANCE TAKING FOREVER AND A DAY TO DO QUICK FIXES BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE THE FUNDING TO DO WHAT'S NEEDED...SO NEEDLESS TO SAY ...EVERYTHING IS ALWAYS GOING OUT OR BREAKING. I DON'T THINK THAT THEY DO GOOD BACKGROUND CHECKS ON PEOPLE BECAUSE EVERYWHERE YOU LOOK THERE'S ILLEGAL ALIENS OF ALL KINDS. ( I ACTUALLY SPOKE TO A COUPLE OF THE NEIGHBORS SO I KNOW THIS TO BE TRUE)

DEFINITELY NOT OF QUALITY. THEIR LAKE IS NICE THOUGH AND CLOSE TO GOOD SHOPPING AREAS, BUT THE PROPERTY IS ALWAYS TRASHED WITH GARBAGE IN IT'S STREETS, PARKING AREAS, AND LAKE. IT'S REALLY A SHAME BECAUSE UNDER GOOD NEW MANAGEMENT THIS PLACE HAS POTENTIAL DUE TO THE APARTMENT LAYOUT AND THE LOCATION. IT'S LITERALLY RIGHT BY 400.

ALSO THE STAFF IS TERRIBLE. THE TURNOVER RATE IS INCREDIBLE. THE MANAGER IS RUDE, PROPERTY MANAGEMENT WILL NEVER GET BACK TO YOU....THERE MAY BE ONE POOR SOUL WHO IS OVERWHELMED IN TRYING TO PROVIDE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE/HE CAN TO PICK UP THE SLACK OF THE REST.

DO YOURSELF THE FAVOR....IF YOU LIKE QUALITY AND A PEST FREE ENVIRONMENT....GO ELSEWHERE!

I am sorry for the person who made this review, since the new management has came in kingsbridge has changed 100% and the maintenance staff is great and the office staff plus the manager is very professional and always amkes sure things are taken care of.

Exactly! What a crock! It's a terrrible thing that they (management) try to down play this. It's understandable if you're trying to correct your problems, but so far this is how everyone else feels and yes it's involving "NEW MANAGEMENT"! It's still not in good shape....I visited a old neighbor there just the other day and it's true there is trash all over the place not to mention some broke down vehicles to help adorn the place. Plus my friend's neighbors were acting crazy and the so called "answering service" could not do anything but call back and say that they couldn't get a hold of anyone so to call the authorities???? Come on just get your property together before you respond to ads of concerned people!!

Why is it everytime someone complains about Kings Bridge some anonymous person post a response about how wonderful the management is? Do they really think people are that STUPID? FYI Kingsbridge is signed up to get alerts everytime someone makes a comment on the property. Don't fall for it. EVERYBODY HAS THE SAME COMPLAINT! How can EVERYONE BE WRONG?

LOL...As long as they keep running off good managers that cared about their residents the place will continue to slide down the sewage cliff.
