I moved here a few months ago and I love it. Great value for the price. The fitness center is actually open when you want to use it and there are 2 pools. I also like that it is not located on the main road.

Good luck dealing with the incredibly high amount of crime in the complex. Plenty of robberies and break-ins (even some armed robberies). I hope you have renter's insurance. Oh, and also, expect your rent to jump up exponentially after your first lease term runs out. Enjoy. (If you want an even better value in a safer and more economical area, let me know. I can recommend some great places.)

Seriously??? Have you done any research about apartment complexes in Roswell? If you did you would find that the crime here is actually lower than other communities. You would also find that not all of the break ins were real break ins since there was no forced entry. Crime happens every where and no where is "safe". Part of living in a major city like Atlanta is dealing with crime and you should never expect that this stuff wont happen. Be glad the complex told you about it. Oh, and just like bread and milk, rent goes up it is part of life. I am quite content living here and am satisfied with the community.
