I have read the past few reviews on here and I am wondering if I even live in the same place as these people. I posted a response to one person, but also wanted to write my own comments. I have lived here over 5 years so when Gables was here and with Lincoln... I went down to the office after reading these posts cause I was so bothered by all the comments and here is what I found out... Gables took tax id numbers, Lincoln does not. Gables didnt run criminal checks on the people who live here, Lincoln does. The apartments are 15 years old and in really good shape- go check out the other apt communities in this area. the workers always come and fix stuff as soon as I call. gates getting hit, chinese menus pn your door and bugs happen at every apt complex- the service and extra here like the free coffee, dvd rentals and wifi are far better than any other place near here. It is funny to me how people post things on here that are a true exaggeration. The girls in the office are very nice and very helpful they have gone way above in helping me. I tell people to check it out for yourself. Call here, come by dont listen to the tirades of angry people

You must be one of the lucky few... Nothing gets fixed in a timely manner - it usually takes a couple of calls. The facilities - while being immaculate looking - only work properly on occasion such as the grills, the tennis court lights when the courts aren't locked up. The coffee and internet in the office is on par with the cost of living for the area. This should be expected for quality living in that the part of Roswell that the property is in provides easy access to Alpharetta and Sandy Springs - 2 of the most affluent areas in the metro area per capita. I agree with you that the property is wonderful - but the staff is well below par

The girls up fron are fairly new, so they are still the pleasent ones to talk to, but don't do you a whole lot of good. And you must be living in the nicest apartment on the nicest floor with no neighbors. I hear every door shut, every 'conversation' held in the bathroom of my neighbor, smell what they're cooking/burning and the trash they won't take out. I've experienced very nasty run ins with residents, seen many drug deals and am completely fed up with this place. So you are one lucky person to not be living the true "Orion at Roswell Village" experience.

LOL...I lived at Orion when it was with Gables and i cleaned my Apt in cluding dusting the base boards on WEEKLY basis...you could eat off the floor in my Apt...and I moved when Lincoln took over because of the ROACHES....5 in 1 day was too much for me...I have lived in APT community most of my life in different states including NYC and I didn't have as much ROACHES as I did here....You are WRONG for saying Roaches is in every APT around...because I moved into another APT community which I still live at and I don't have ROACHES but the community has recently started going down the hill somewhat because of again LINCOLN started to manage it ...so I will be moving by the end of my lease and Actually I might be moving out of the state but I will still be helping anyone who needs help in finding their APT home here or in any other state because I be in the Business and I know enoght about some Mgt companies in order to give ppl the right advice because after all it's their home and I do it from my heart because it makes me feel better when I help others and especially when it's done from the Heart.
