Aside from the fact that they never fix anything unless you go up to the office and start yelling (even then it takes a week)and then they just paint over the health code violations is the fact that it is not safe. The parking lot is too narrow and they have all of these dumpsters and storage bins all over so only one car can pass at a time and everyone floors it around turns despite all of the million speed bumps that completely tear up your car. People hang out in the parking lot drinking and singing til all hours of the morning. They like to break into cars and slash tires. They steal. The bug problem is atrocious and no matter how many times they say they had an exterminator come out - THEY ARE LYING. the bugs never go anywhere. The noise is horrible. Kids just run around the parking lots with no supervision not to mention all of the flooding EVERY time it rains. I had to climb through my bushes or wade through a foot of water to get out to the parking lot which, depending on where you park is alos flooded. Yeah it's cheap, but, you get what you pay for!! I learned the hard way.
