Shortly when I decided to move to Roseomont Apartments. I never thought I was going to have to fight for my life to this day. Let me tell you about the day when we signed the lease agreement. My husband and I NEVER got to see the apartment before we moved in, however the assistant manager told us that the apartment was the great, the person who lived prior to us there took care of it so so well. She LIED! After signing our lease we went on in to see the apartment. There was atleast 2-3 spider webs in each room, and I mean the closets and the bathroom as well. The worst part was the water heating system was all covered in dust, dirt, and spider webs. Also there were ants crawling through the hallway. She told us that everything would be taken care of right away. She LIED again! To get to the bad part. A little over a week went by since we moved in and nothing was being taken care of. We called and asked quite a few times, and again we were told that everything would be taken care of and it was'nt. We ended up have lots of spiders crawling in and having to kill them was a nightmare. One night I went to sleep, and woke up to find out I was bitten by a BROWN RECLUSE SPIDER. I know this because I had a cat that was bitten by one once, and I had studied spiders in school. For anyone who does not know of the brown recluse spider - it is life threatening, the worst part comes a year later, and I have to live waiting for that day to see what happens to me. Everytime I see a spider, which the problem still remains and it is 3 months later ( we moved in January 28, 2005) I am sooo scared for someone else to get bitten so I am telling anyone who will listen becareful when you move here if you decide. Watch out for the spider problem. For the price you have to pay each month this place is NOT worth it. Specially if now like myself I have to fight them in court, to pay for my suffering and all that will happen to me in a year. Just saying becareful.
