I honestly can't decide where to begin my rant on this place.

I'll just go with the list of "Amenities" that they offer:

Air Conditioning
Yay! it's just barely enough to cover these horribly insulated apartments.

Ceiling Fans
You're going to need them as the AC doesn't provide a cool enough area without running 24-7 during the summer.

Dishwasher
It works...kind of.

Disposal
A nice portal for ants and roaches to hang out in.

Ice Maker
Takes up about a quarter of the freezer space

Microwave Included
Seems to work ok but I have yet to figure out how to replace the night light bulb as it is coated in sludge.

Fireplace
It's nice to look at but without a blower you won't get any heat from it.

Washer/Dryer Included
I can't complain about these. They were pretty new and haven't failed yet.

Fitness Center
A couple of treadmills, stationary bikes, and a weight system that doesn't work half of the time. No AC during the summer pretty much makes is un useable for four months out of the year.

Swimming Pool(s)
The pool was cleaned twice this year. Last year it was in great shape and we used it several times but I wouldn't touch it this summer.

Cable Available
It's your only option in most apartments.

High Speed Internet Access
' If you pay for cable I guess.

Handicap Accessible
No opinion

Public Transportation Available
If you're willing to walk half a mile, there is a bus stop.

Scenic View
Pine trees.

Balcony/Patio
A place to store things that you can't fit in the poorly designed apartments.

I don't want to know what exactly they are furnished with.

It's a pond not a lake.

You are sure to be able to pick a stray cat or two if you are lonely.

Crappy home depot blinds.

Oversize Closets
Hardly 'oversize'

Fireplace

Picnic Area
Grassy area filled with beer cans.

Keep in mind, they are also raising the freaking rent as the quality goes down. Noise is horrible but they continue to spend money on landscaping and other crap that nobody needs. Avoid this hell hole at all costs.
